yoga nidra

In a world that is constantly in motion, being able to stop our busy-ness and rest in stillness is, for many, elusive. Yet we know that it is only through rest that the body physically heals and restores the healthy balance of our systems. Yoga Nidra is a practice of being guided into stillness and allowing our bodies’ natural healing to take place.

Class is held the last Sunday of each month at 6:00 pm.
