Overview
The first 2/3’s of 2020 have been anything but routine and yet routine is vital to our overall health and well being. When routine goes out of whack, our eating, sleeping and working patterns can change for the worst.
Rooted in the teachings of Ayurveda’s rich wisdom, this 21-day cleanse is designed to help you identify, create and manage the optimal routine to help you feel balanced and in control of your diet, sleep and self-care practices.
After examining your existing eating, sleeping and living habits, you’ll follow a 10 – 14 day cleanse (with meal options and guidelines), have access to 3 guided meditations and breath practices, 3 restorative and nourishing yoga practices that you can use on your own time, as well as full access to the studio for any and all drop-in classes.
Each Sunday from 6:30pm-7:30pm (Sept 13, 20th, 27th & Oct 4th) we will meet in person to review, assess and prepare for the coming week.
Cost: $129 + tax, existing members save 15%
