Through this 8 week series, Alison will teach you tangible tools to enrich your life, helping you begin or intensify your meditative experience practice.

Alison first stepped on a yoga mat in 2008. She began a regular Ashtanga practice and became fascinated with the mind and body connection of yoga. She went on to take her 200 hr Tantra Hatha YTT in 2015 and is currently continuing her studies under Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Alison has hosted yoga retreats both locally and internationally and is a registered massage therapist, Reiki Master, and a birth doula. Alison incorporates yoga into her everyday life, taking note of the beauty that surrounds her, seeks out tiny slices of joy, and strives to live a life of awareness and connectivity. In her classes, you will feel loved, awakened, and deeply connected to the inner guidance found within your heart.
