Let your child’s imagination and creativity soar through Yoga! Through playfully exercises that promote strength and flexibility, and by learning fun and useful breathing exercises, yoga can help your child build their confidence and self-esteem, mood and emotional identification and regulation, communication skills, concentration and memory. Plus, we make lots of time for laughter, story-telling and role play.
(As much as well like to get off our mats and move around the space, due to COVID-19 regulations, all participants will maintain the 6-foot social distancing requirement so that we all stay safe while having fun.)
