Yoga + Guided Relaxation + Sound Bath = Deliciousness
With much success from our first event, Michelle & Sound Healer Jenn Langille are pairing up again for in a two part practice of yoga and sound healing. First, Michelle will guide your through a movement practice designed to help you create space and prepare the body to rest and relaxation, followed by a blissful experience of sound therapy by Jenn.
Trained in multi-instrument integral sound healing, Jenn incorporates her knowledge and intuition to balance chakras and deliver a sound healing experience that triggers the relaxation response and leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged as you melt deep into the mat.
