How fun would it be to mix a bit of dance, a dash of acrobatics, and splash of yoga to some fun up-beat music?
Get up and get moving with us this fall in our 6-week workshop for youth ages 7 – 12 years where all kinds of cool moves and choreography come together to build strong, coordinated and flexible bodies while boosting self-esteem, confidence and mood regulation. Through fun and engaging activities, you’ll also learn a bit about meditation, relaxation and breathing practices to help you feel inspired and empowered. No experience necessary.
