Well holy sweet mustard pickles. We are able to re-RE-open on Monday December 21st. YAY! I did not see that coming and through for sure we’d be closed until after the new year.
Keeping in mind that next week marks the final countdown to Christmas and the end of this roller coaster year, we will be reducing our class schedule from then until January 2nd. Here’s what we’ve got lined up for in-studio classes :

And to kick off the start of the much anticipated new year, Andrea will be leading a motivating and playful New Year’s Day vinyasa class at 9:30am.
As before, please ensure you are following our provincial guidelines and self-screening for COVID-19 symptoms. We ask that you please keep your mask on until you are on your mat, at which point you can remove it during practice. We are permitted to invite 13 students into each in-studio class and we have decided to continue offering the virtual experience so that those who aren’t ready to come back into the studio can still join us for practice. Plus, we have students joining us from outside of Nova Scotia. Pretty cool eh? #silverlining
