To embark on a yoga teacher training is not just about becoming a facilitator, but intensifying your personal practice and study. At its root, yoga is a practice of learning to recognize, honour and embrace the truth of who you are. This can only be done through acquired information attained by way of dedicated, persistent and honest study and practice.

Whether you are wanting to eventually step on the mat as a yoga teacher, or simply to devote time to and for yourself, all of the training and programs offered at Aumbience Yoga are shared in such a way that all beings will benefit. Yoga is a philosophy for developing and implementing a personal practice for health and healing.

More than just postures on a yoga mat, yoga invites its practitioners to weave together aspects of physical, mental and emotional well-being practices. By way of postures, both active and restorative, breath control, inquiry into our mental processes, lifestyle and ‘dis’ease management, these are the paths of liberation from that which binds us or leads us to pain and suffering.

In compliance with Yoga Alliance governing body and their certification process, this 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training program will include 180 contact hours with lead facilitator Michelle Robinson as well as certified teachers and specialists, with the remaining 20-35hrs of personal study and practice to be completed on your own.

You will be required to attend all group lectures and practice times, complete homework assignments between group sessions (reading, writing, practice teaching), as well as expand your practice by participating and observing a minimum of 20 classes of various teachers and styles. The schedule for this training includes morning, evening and weekend practices and lectures, yoga classes and self-study.

Thursday’s 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Friday’s 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Saturday’s 8:00am – 4:00pm

Sunday’s 8:00am – 4:00pm

Monday’s (when applicable) 6:00am – 7:00am

In addition to these times, a weekly morning meditation session will be offered via digital platform from at 6:00 am.

Cost

$2,899 + tax before August 31st, 2021
$3,099 + tax September 1st, 2021 onward

Payment Plan : $3,499 + tax. A minimum deposit of $500 + tax, followed by 4 payment arrangements to be made in November, December, January and February.

(Secure your spot with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Refunds for the balance of the training less the $500 Administration Fee are available up to 7 days prior to the start date. No refunds or credits will be provided after the course has started)
